Mark your calendars! We are pleased to announce the return of the Bright Water Waldorf School spring fundraiser. The Spring Gala returns with a theme of Disco Ball.
This year not only are we able to celebrate the return of a favorite and beloved Bright Water tradition we are also celebrating our 25th Silver Anniversary! Get ready to sport your silver!
Our spring fundraiser will feature a live and silent auction; dessert dash and dancing; and fun and festivities. This event is a great opportunity to spend time with our community while supporting our educational mission. It's also a wonderful event to invite friends and family. Please note this is an adult gathering.
The Disco Ball Spring Gala will include:
a silent auction beginning at 5:30pm
a delicious meal served at 7:00pm
shared memories and celebrations at 7:15pm
a live auction at 7:45pm
our beloved Desert Dash and dancing!
bidding ends at 10:00pm

On the Hunt for Great Auction Items!
To make the spring fundraiser as successful as possible, we rely on our community's assistance in gathering auction items. We welcome procured items including gift cards, experiences, weekend get-away’s (cabins, vacation homes), event and game tickets, lessons, artwork, gift baskets, memorabilia, theater tickets, babysitting, and more.
If you have any connections or resources that can help us procure items, please consider reaching out to them.

Recruiting Volunteers!
We are looking for Bright Water alumni students (high school or college age) or community members to volunteer in integral roles the day of the event to make this auction a success! Volunteer roles may include:
Auction Set-Up and Display
Coat Check & Greeters
Silent Auction Assistants (bid sheet preparation, table closings, etc.)
Live Auction assistant
Bid Spotters
Auction Clerk/Recorders
Runners
Data Entry
Cashiers
Cashier Assistants
Security
Clean up crew
Floaters
If you enjoy the behind-the-scenes energy of an event, if you have experience making an auction awesome, if you loved the BWWS auction in the before-times, or if you simply need community service hours, we’d love to have you be on the Auction Volunteer Team!
